Momiji SLU in Southlake Union. Order the aged Adashi Tofu. This one surprised me. Warm, easygoing room. Rondo Japanese Kitchen on Capitol Hill. Go for the Chirashi Bowl. Found this on Atmos Fi. Good move for range. Okay, kokaku is bringing the heat. You've got wagyu over umami rice with that creamy nori sauce. Then this rare wagyu kainomi steak that literally gives under the fork.
