Barcelona Eats, local legends by Atmosphi. Part 29, Barcelona tapas crawl. Craft Barcelona near the Gothic Quarter keeps the table loose. Start with the croquettes. Good move if you want range. La Bombera on Maquinista is the old school style. Go for the snails, not the classic move, but exactly why people come. Okay, Serviceria Catalana is bringing the visuals. Look at that cheesy veggie stack getting sliced open those layers though. And yeah, finish with the sugar-dusted churro getting fully coated in thick chocolate. A tapas libido, it gets a little more modern, you know? This sushi roll has whitefish, jalapeno, and spicy mayo. Then you've got tuna tartare canapé stacked with avocado and seaweed. Story is the move when you want a whole table spread. You've got pan con tomate, cured meats and sliced cheese. Then this bubbling melted cheese with bread ready for dipping. And that zucchini carpaccio is such a fresh switch up. All these spots are on Atmos 5.
