The Relais du Louvre goes big on the steak frites. First, look at that pile of fries, then the server blankets the sliced steak in that green sauce. Yep, that's the shot. Brasserie Seviem Avenue keeps it classic, a seared steak, that little bowl of yellow sauce, salad and fries on the side. Low-key, this is a clean Paris lunch setup. Okay, Le Marceau is serving full Paris Brasserie energy. You get this huge onion soup cheese pull, then steak tartare with a proper cone of fries right after. And then there's Bouillon Chartier's super old-school Paris vibes. Look at the Eskago getting pulled right out of the shell. Plus, the classic no-frills plates hitting the table.
