Hey Charlotte, have you been to Bisante Pizza yet? Bisante in Italian means buffalo, and what you'll get is a buffalo-style pizza joint with items like pizza, pasta, wings, salads, and more. I was super impressed with details, like the fact that their wings are never frozen, and all of their sauces, including wing sauces, marinara, dressings, etc., are all house-made. They're using recipes passed down from generations, and the freshest ingredients. They shred their own cheese. slice their own meats, and make their own croutons. And all of these details really make a difference in my opinion. Bisante Pizza has three locations, Matthew's Ballantyne and the one that I visited in Uptown, which also has a full bar.
