I just had a great experience at my local neighborhood Italian restaurant, Locale Italian Kitchen. I tried their $55 prefix menu. It was pleasantly surprised. For appetizer, we have their butter scratch salad. It was amazing. Crispy calamari was really good too. Our waiter Billy was amazing. The breasts. Short ribs was very tender and favorable for. My pan seared salad was amazingly crispy skin. Brussels bark was crispy and not oily. The risotto was really tender. We also have some limonchero shots. Isn't that amazing? For the dessert, of course we have a telomisu and a cheesecake. It both are amazing. If you ever had a salsa, with Las Vegas, stop by.
