I know I said in my last video that the Seattle food scene was pretty average, but I think this past weekend I spent there really changed my mind. My boyfriend chose Bar Cotto in Capitol Hill as our date night spa on Saturday, and the ambiance, service, and food here was really amazing. We started with the Brussels sprouts. I have been on such a Brussels sprout kick lately. These were perfectly cooked, super crispy, very delicious. Then we got two pizzas to share. We started with the margarita pizza. I'm pretty picky when it comes to good pizza, but this one was definitely one of the top ones I've had. It was a little bit bready. my liking but the wood-fired flavor was so so good we also got this fungi pizza that was amazing even better than the margarita amazing spot
